製程中所採用之原料通過SGS測試、符合RoHS、REACH、UL等標準,確保品質無誤。
產品製作過程中,依照產品特性要求,訂定檢查作業標準,進入量產程序,檢驗「首件確認」、於製程中「定時巡查檢驗」及「末件確認」,以檢核其品質的一致性。
依據客戶訂立的品質標準、規格、包裝樣式,進行出貨檢驗,並確保包裝方式能使成品安全送達。
簡單來說,就是將塑膠原料「固態」經過高溫加熱熔融為「液態」後,充填入模具內,再經由冷卻固化為成品的「固態」過程。

塑膠主要區分兩大類:「熱塑性塑膠」與「熱固性塑膠」。塑膠射出成型的原料,大多屬於熱塑性塑膠。
「熱塑性塑膠」又可區分為:
(1) 泛用塑膠(PP、PE、PS、ABS…)
(2) 工程塑膠(PA、POM、PC…)
(3) 合膠(PC/ABS、PA/PP…)
(4) 彈性體(TPR、TPE、TPU…)
每種塑膠原料的特性不同,需依照產品的使用需求來選擇合適的原料。

【量產】自下單至出貨大約10-15個工作天。依訂購數量多寡,實際生產時間有所調整。

[Mold Manufacturing]

而尼隆則兼具強度和韌性,因此常被用運於工業用零配件。

模具製造完成後,如需要再進行修改,將會產生修模費用及量產可行性問題。
因此,在開模前務必確認以下幾點:
(1) 提供的3D圖面是否為最新版本。
(2) 若產品有裝配需求,需先用3D圖面確認是否會有組裝干涉的問題。
(3) 如該尺寸公差有特殊精度需求,需標示在2D圖面上。
(4) 清楚註明產品的外觀需求,如亮面、咬花面等資訊。
